2017 Shasta Payment Plan

Terms and Conditions

I agree to pay my full retreat program fee balance under the terms of this payment plan. I request this benefit from Siddhanath Yoga Sangh (“SYS”).  

1. I agree that the plan cannot be changed or canceled after it gets approved. It cannot be combined with any other discount.
2. I agree to pay all of my installments on time, and no later than 5 days of the scheduled due dates set forth above.
3. I understand that a ticket will be reserved for me after I have emailed or mailed  a signed copy of this agreement to the SYS office address referenced above.  I understand that by reserving my ticket, SYS loses the ability to offer this ticket to another person.
4. Invoices and Payment. SYS will email payment invoices to me monthly.  I am responsible for and will adhere to the scheduled due dates to avoid any additional late fees.  
5. Payment Method.  I may only make payments  through the PayPal payment system.
6. Late fee. If I fail to pay the amount due on or before the due date, I agree to pay a late fee of 2% on each installment payment that is delinquent. I understand that this late fee of 2% accumulates monthly until the amount is paid in full.  Late fees will be added to my account balance at the beginning of the first day of each succeeding  month.   
7. Notice.  If payment is not received within 5 days  after the scheduled due date, a delinquency notice will be emailed to me.  I understand that failure to pay on time can result in termination of this agreement, forfeiture of my ticket, and payments already submitted toward the purchase of my ticket.If I do not make all outstanding payments within one week of the August, 2017 last payment due date, I forfeit my ticket and all monies submitted under this payment plan. Full or partial refunds up through the second payment due date are subject to the discretion of SYS.
8. Loss of  payment plan eligibility. If I fail to pay my installments on time on more than one occasion, then I will not be eligible for a payment plan for future retreats.
